ATHLETIC REGISTRATION

To be eligible to participate in any Windsor High School athletics, students must have the following completed:

• Athletic Registration and Fees
• Current sports physical using the required CHSAA sports physical
• Non-WHS Student-Athlete Information Form - Please complete and send to Terri Archer
