• Tuesday, September 17th - Seniors will receive information from Josten's to be measured for caps and gowns and to learn about other graduation products that they can order.

  • September 26th and 27th during lunch - Students place orders with Josten's. Students who missed these order days can order online at jostens.com.

  • Friday, November 1st - Senior pictures due. Submit senior pictures online. (The site should not request a user ID. If it does, please use a different web browser or clear your cache. If the problem persists, email kjersten.johnson@weldre4.org for assistance.)

  • Friday, November 1st - Senior quotes due. Submit your senior quote online.

  • Friday, November 1st - Early bird discount deadline for recognition ad.

  • Tuesday, November 19th - Celebrate your senior with a recognition ad in the yearbook.

  • Thursday, February 27th - Pick up Jostens special orders/announcments at lunch in cafeteria.

  • Tuesday, March 18th - Academic Lettering Ceremony and National Honor Society Induction

  • Friday, April 4th - Baby pictures are due for the Senior Class Slideshow.  This slideshow is presented by the Senior Class Officers and will be presented at Senior Awards Night and displayed on the Jumbotron at Graduation. If you have questions, email shannon.devlin@weldre4.​org.

  • TBD - Yearbook Distribution & Signing Party during school hours.

  • Wednesday, May 14 @ 6 pm - Senior Awards Night and Cording Ceremony (optional: Seniors who receive scholarships and/or other post-secondary awards will be acknowledged).
  • Friday, May 9th - Last day to get PLATO coursework completed in order to count towards graduation.

  • Friday, May 16 - Seniors last academic day. ALL fees must be paid. Chromebook, charger, text books, and library books must be returned in order to participate in the graduation ceremonies.

  • Friday, May 16 - Senior Sunset @ 7:30 pm, location TBD.

  • Sunday, May 18 @ 7pm - Combined Baccalaureate Service at Bethel Lutheran Church. 328 Walnut St, Windsor, CO. Participating Seniors arrive at 6:30pm. Church attire, no cap & gown.

  • Monday, May 19 - Senior brunch followed by cap & gown pick up @ 11 am in aux gym. Locate the seating chart (take a photo) and report to main gym for Class of 2025 photo. Senior Superlatives and prizes to follow.

  • Friday, May 23 @ 11am - MANDATORY graduation practice in the WHS auditorium. Student absensce must be cleared ahead of time. Students who do not attend the practice, and have not been excused by administration, will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.

  • Sunday, May 25 - Graduation Ceremony at 10:30am at Blue Arena at The Ranch. Seniors must report by 9:45am. ($5 parking fee waived for registered graduates)
