  • Friday, August 21 @ 5:30am - Senior Sunrise @ Windsor Lake
  • Tuesday, September 8 - Seniors receive information from Josten's, measured for caps and gowns, and to learn about other graduation products. Order online jostens.com.
  • September 22 - Josten's graduation kit (cap, gown, tassle, stole) orders are due.
  • Friday, October 30 - Early bird discount deadline for recognition ad.
  • Friday, October 30 - Senior pictures and Senior quotes are due to Yearbook. (The site should not request a user ID. If it does, please use a different web browser or clear your cache. Email ethan.mattix@weldre4.org for assistance.)
  • Tuesday, November 17 - Yearbook recognition ad deadline.
  • Friday, February 5 - Baby pictures & Senior photos are due for the Senior Class Slideshow.  This slideshow is created & presented by the Senior class leadership and will be presented at Senior Awards Night and displayed on the Jumbotron at the Graduation ceremony.
  • TBD - Pick up Jostens special orders/announcements at lunch in the WHS cafe.
  • Wednesday, March 10 - Academic Lettering Ceremony and National Honor Society Induction
  • Mid-March - Seniors pick who is handing them their diploma.
  • Mid-April - Graduation seating chart locked.
  • Friday, May 14 - Last day to get PLATO coursework completed in order to count towards graduation.
  • Tuesday, May 18 - Yearbook Distribution & Signing Party.
  • Wednesday, May 19 @ 6pm - Senior Awards Night and Cording Ceremony in WHS Auditorium (optional: Seniors who receive scholarships and/or other post-secondary awards will be acknowledged).
  • Friday, May 21 - Seniors last academic day. Chromebook, charger, text books, library books must be returned, and ALL fees must be paid, in order to participate in the graduation ceremonies.
  • Sunday, May 23 @ 7pm - Combined Baccalaureate Service at TBD. Participating Seniors arrive at 6:30pm. Church attire, no cap & gown.
  • Monday, May 24 @ TBD - Cap & gown pick up in aux gym. Locate the seating chart (take a photo) and report to main gym for Class photo. Senior lunch and superlatives to follow.
  • Tuesday, May 25 - Seniors walk through the halls of their elementary.
  • TBD - Senior Sunset @ TBD.
  • Thursday, May 27 @ 1pm - MANDATORY graduation practice in the WHS Auditorium. Any student absence must be cleared ahead of time. Students who do not attend the practice, and have not been excused by administration, will not be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremony.
  • Sunday, May 30 - Graduation Ceremony at 10:30am at Blue Arena at The Ranch. Seniors must report by 9:45am. ($10 parking fee waived for registered graduates). Doors open at 10am. Admission is free. WWBN Livestream will be available. Graduate photos will be available for purchase from Studio 5.
