Registration & Requirements

ATHLETIC REGISTRATION

Any athlete that plans to participate at Windsor High School must have the following completed:

• Athletic Registration and Fees
• Current sports physical using the required CHSAA sports physical
• Non-WHS Student-Athlete Information Form - Please complete and send to Terri Archer

**Athletes will not be allowed to participate without these materials.
