Assessments for All Students

All 9th-grade students will take the PSAT 8/9 in April.

All 10th-grade students will take the PSAT 10 in April.

All 11th-grade students will take the SAT in April.

An optional PSAT/NMSQT (National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is offered in October for 11th graders.

If you would like to register for a national test date outside of Windsor High School, you can visit the ACT or SAT website.


Khan Academy - SAT Practice

The best way to practice for the SAT is now free for everyone. The College Board’s test developers and the online learning experts at Khan Academy® worked together to bring you Official SAT Practice.

Option A: Share Test Results

If you’ve taken the PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, PSAT 8/9, or new SAT, share your scores with Khan Academy. It’s easy:

  1. Create a Khan Academy account.
  2. Choose to share your scores.
  3. Sign in to your College Board account and click Send.

Option B: Take Diagnostic Quizzes

If you don’t have scores to share, you can still get personalized recommendations. Just create a Khan Academy account and take short diagnostic quizzes to pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses.
