Description: The WHS Weightlifting & Powerlifting Club is a is a student group for anyone interested in weightlifting or powerlifting—whether you're just starting out or already experienced. We meet during lunch to talk about proper lifting techniques, training plans, nutrition, and how to achieve your goals. It's a great place to learn more, share tips, and connect with others who enjoy lifting. We’ll also explore opportunities to train after school and possibly compete in local meets. If you're looking to level up your strength and knowledge, come join us!
